Founder Isaac Jacobs began his journey in senior care years before starting TRU Star Senior Care. Through hands-on experience as a driver, private caregiver, companion, and trusted support person, he learned that quality care is about more than completing tasks. Over the years, Isaac has helped thousands of seniors and families throughout Long Island. His experience included working closely with older adults in private homes, assisted living communities, and senior living environments, including Atria Great Neck, Atria Glen Cove, Atria Roslyn, Atria Huntington, and The Regency in Glen Cove.
